At the beginning of each new season, I like to check in with my clients to see if they’re wardrobe has everything it will need for the months ahead. In the summertime, one of the biggest items on that check list is what I call “live-in” dresses.
These are those dresses that you can throw on during a hot day for running errands, but still feel comfortable and cool. They’re the kind of dresses that you can pair with fashion sneakers or sandals, and feel a little more put together than if you were to stay in your yoga pants (but just as comfy)! Basically, they’re a way to look cute while feeling like you’re wearing PJ’s.
These have become a wardrobe staple for myself and all my clients because they’re a one-piece, ready-to-go outfit (I mean really, who likes squeezing into pants during the summer anyway?!). I love wearing them with a long, pendant and a fedora for the “I’m not doing my hair or makeup” kind of days.
I’ve hand-pick all these dress below, as if I were shopping for a client! They all had to a certain set of criteria that I have for “live-in” dresses, cover all different price points, and there’s options for all different body types.
