Are you a detail-oriented person who thrives on organization and lives in the Nashville area? Do you have about 10-15 hours a week (with the potential for more) to help someone give her business the organization it deserves?!

Then I’d LOVE to hear from you!

I’m looking for a Business Manager to be the yin to my yang; someone who is proactive, has great communication and computer skills to help keep up with the management and organization of my business.

The Position

Here’s what it IS: it’s a position for someone who is organized that can help ME get organized! My calendar and schedule, all of my inboxes (email, social media) and QuickBooks, to name a few. So excellent computer skills are necessary and experience with QuickBooks is a BIG plus.

It’s a position for a proactive individual who is OK with the non-glamorous side of fashion. There are lots of errands to run, like dropping off donations, picking up merchandise, packing, shipping, etc.

It’s also a position for someone in the Nashville area looking for a 10-15 hour per week commitment (with potential for more). However, much of the job will be done remotely.

Here’s what it ISN’T: it’s NOT a styling assistant role! While I’m in full support of your personal style, that knowledge isn’t necessary for this position. So no fashion or styling experience needed.

It’s NOT a social media management role. Familiarity with social platforms is for corresponding with clients and followers via direct message, as well as working with my Social Media Manager to assist with various requests.

This is rarely a client-facing job! Usually all I will need from you is to communicate digitally via email and social media.

What I really want from you: I really want a non-judgemental person who, like me, doesn’t take themselves too seriously. A great sense of humor is also a HUGE plus :).

If you have 10-15 hours a week to spare, and this sounds like it’s in your wheelhouse, then follow these steps below so I can get to know you better!

How to apply:

Send me your resume! You can email it to me here. Just be sure to put “Business Manager Position” in the subject line if you don’t mind!

Next, fill out a DISC profile here. This is totally for fun. But I’m curious to see how compatible we are on paper!

Lastly, I want to know more about YOU! So I put together a few questions for you to answer (after all, answering questions is going to be a big part of the job, haha).

BONUS: if you prefer to tell me yourself instead of filling out a form, record a video answering these questions and put the link in the email with your resume! It can be YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, or Dropbox. Just send me the link!

Thank you VERY MUCH for your interest in this position! I can’t wait to hear from you!!
